Shipping Policy

Every product is lovingly hand poured to order, therefore we require a period of working days (displayed on our homepage) for your items to poured and ready for dispatch, starting from the working day after your order was placed. Rest assured, your order will be dispatched as quickly as possible. 

We only ship within the UK and orders have the option of Royal Mail 2nd Class (£3.50) or Royal Mail 1st class (£4.65). Royal Mail 'aims for' a door to door service within 72 hours (2nd Class) or 48 hours (1st class) excluding Sundays, however please do note this is only an estimate.

Please note: ALL shipping information must be correct to ensure safe delivery. Whereas we will do all we can to assist any changes, entering an incorrect shipping address may result in an order not arriving and you will not be eligible for a refund should the items go missing in transit. In the event your parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address, a new shipment fee of £3.50 will have to be processed to cover the costs incurred for shipping a second time; this is due to the service we offer having been completed and paid for once already. Should the items no longer be desired upon the goods being returned to us, a refund can be processed however the first shipment fee will be retained to cover the costs of shipping the order initially.

We are able to internally track all parcels, therefore should your parcel have not arrived by the 7th working day from your shipment notification, please notify us so we can promptly assist with locating your parcel.
